There was a surprise result when tenth rankedPolabi (4-6) defeated higher ranked USK Praha B (4-5) in Nymburk 83-73 on Friday. Theodor Dlugos notched a double-double by scoring 19 points, 11 rebounds and 8 assists to lead the effort and point guard Vojtech Synacek (188-2006) supported him with 14 points and 7 rebounds. Five Polabi players scored in double figures. Even a double-double of 21 points and 17 rebounds by Samuel Macht did not help to save the game for USK Praha B . Forward Vladimir Vondra (206-2002, college: Northwest JC) added 20 points, 5 rebounds, 4 assists and 4 steals for lost side. USK Praha B's coach Petr Jachan rotated ten players in this game, but that didn't help. Polabi moved-up to seventh place, which they share with 3 other teams. Loser USK Praha B keeps the fifth position with five games lost. They share it with Cz.Academy.
